This fondant is made with very fine particle size sugar to promote easier digestion, with added vitamins and amino acids selected for bee health. Its formula contains all-natural active ingredients, is non-GMO, and is produced through enzymatic hydrolysis without acids or heat processing, which helps avoid harmful HMF formation.

It is designed to be used in late autumn, winter, or early spring, when temperatures are too low for liquid sugar feeding. This fondant does not drip, holds its shape while remaining very soft, and can be placed directly on top of the frames.
