Vented Protective Full Suit

Designed for beekeepers who want superior protection, better comfort, and improved airflow while working in the apiary, this vented protective full suit is an excellent choice for hot days and long hive inspections. It was designed specifically by Miellerie de l’Estrie with the help of experienced beekeepers to offer a solution that is more practical, more functional, and more durable for everyday use.

This suit is fully vented, making it especially appreciated during hot summer days while helping keep the beekeeper cooler. It is made from 3 layers of poly/cotton, a construction designed to provide superior protection against bee stings. The metal YKK zippers are high quality, and additional zippers were added in specific areas to make the suit even more practical to use. Several velcros were also added, especially around the neck area, to help eliminate small openings where bees could get in.

The larger pockets are designed to fit a phone more easily and include velcro closures for better security. The hood is fully removable, and the veil is made from heavy-duty materials designed for long-lasting use. A zipper was also added to the front of the veil to provide quick access to the face, for example to drink water. The suit also includes elastic bands around the waist for comfort, plus elastic bands at the ankles with an 18-inch zipper for a better fit. Gloves are sold separately. It is available in sizes S to 5XL.
