We accept returns for orders placed through our online store within 15 calendar days of delivery, provided that the item is unused, in its original condition, and returned in a state that allows it to be resold.
When a return is approved and the returned item meets these conditions, we will refund the amount paid for the returned item, subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and must be prepaid by the customer. No credit or refund will be issued for any shipping charges paid on the original shipment of the order.
