Return Policy

1. Eligible returns

We accept returns for orders placed through our online store within 15 calendar days of delivery, provided that the item is unused, in its original condition, and returned in a state that allows it to be resold.

When a return is approved and the returned item meets these conditions, we will refund the amount paid for the returned item, subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and must be prepaid by the customer. No credit or refund will be issued for any shipping charges paid on the original shipment of the order.

2. Condition of returned items

Returned items must be received in their original condition.

If a returned item is received:

• damaged;
• used;
• incomplete;
• or in a condition that does not allow it to be returned to inventory as-is,

we will contact you upon receipt of the return.

In such a case, we reserve the right to refuse the refund. If the refund is refused, the customer remains responsible for the returned item and must pay the applicable shipping charges if they wish to have the item sent back to them.

3. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If an item you received is damaged, defective, or if there was an error in order preparation on our part, please send us the details along with supporting photos within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Each situation will be reviewed case by case. We will do our best to find a satisfactory solution as quickly as possible.

Where possible, we may offer:

• a replacement item;
• an equivalent product;
• or a store credit applicable to a future online or in-store order.

If the affected item is out of stock or discontinued, we may offer an equivalent product or store credit.

4. Refund processing

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether the return has been approved.

If approved, the applicable refund will be processed using the method deemed appropriate by Miellerie de l’Estrie | Beecore. The exact time required for the refund to appear may vary depending on the payment method used and the processing times of financial institutions.

Refunds apply only to the eligible amount related to the returned product. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Return shipping

The customer is responsible for shipping the return back to our location.

Return shipping costs must be prepaid by the customer. Miellerie de l’Estrie | Beecore is not responsible for following up with the carrier in the event of delay, loss, or damage during return transit.

We strongly recommend using a shipping service with tracking when returning an item.

6. Non-eligible items and restrictions

In order to preserve product quality, safety, and integrity, certain items may not be eligible for return or may be subject to specific conditions, especially if they have been:

• used;
• opened;
• damaged after delivery;
• altered;
• or returned outside the allowed return period.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the conditions set out in this policy.
