Nucs 101 Workshop 21st June at 12h00

You want to perfect your beekeeping skills, learn how to make your own nucs and become an increasingly autonomous beekeeper? This workshop is for you!

Develop your skills and knowledge in order to grow your apiary during the high season with this practical workshop. We’ll discuss the different ways of making nucs as well as the necessary equipment. Separate a beehive or create a nuc? What is an artificial swarming and why should it be done? We also answer all your questions related to this subject.

The workshop lasts approximately 3 hours, and is given in groups of 5 to 15 maximum directly on our farm. We will suit up and go inside the apiary and will make a nuc from one strong hive and will explain to you all the steps in detail so that you can feel comfortable making your own nucs at home
